Production process:

Wire drawing: Make the smelted beryllium copper alloy into a copper rod, and then through multiple wire drawing processes, gradually draw the copper rod to a thinner size to meet the requirements of ultra-fine specifications. During the wire drawing process, lubricants and coolants need to be used to reduce friction and heat generation and ensure the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the copper wire.
Coating treatment: Carry out coating treatment on the thinned ultra-fine copper wire. The coating materials can be various substances with special properties, such as insulating paint, corrosion-resistant coatings, etc. The coating methods include spraying, dipping, etc. Through precise control of the coating process parameters, it is ensured that the coating layer adheres evenly and firmly to the surface of the copper wire.
