Application
This product is suitable for the manufacture of standard spring gasket trapezoidal steel wire.

Quality of surface

The surface of the wire shall be smooth, without cracks, corrosion, folding and oxide scale, and local scratches and individual pits shall not exceed half of the allowable deviation of size H.

Oxidized color is allowed on the surface of annealed steel wire.

Layer of decarbonization

The depth of the total decarbonization layer (ferrite + transition layer) on the steel wire side is not greater than 2.0%H, and the decarbonization layer is not examined on the corner
