TA1 Titanium Alloy Plate

TA1 titanium alloy plate is a commonly used titanium alloy plate. Through hot rolling and cold rolling processes, TA1 titanium alloy ingots can be processed into plates with different thicknesses and widths. Material Characteristics:

High Purity: TA1 titanium alloy belongs to industrial pure titanium, with a relatively high titanium content, usually above 99.5%, and extremely low impurity content. This gives it good corrosion resistance, weldability, and excellent low-temperature performance.

Low Density: The density is approximately 4.51 g/cm³, which is only about 60% of that of steel. It is lightweight and has obvious advantages in fields with strict weight requirements, such as aerospace and shipbuilding.

Moderate Strength: Although it is industrial pure titanium, it still has relatively high strength. The tensile strength generally ranges from 345 to 490 MPa. At the same time, it has good toughness and fatigue resistance, and can withstand a certain degree of external force and deformation without cracking.

Strong Corrosion Resistance: It has excellent corrosion resistance. In many media, such as seawater, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, etc., it can form a dense oxide film to prevent further corrosion, and its corrosion resistance is better than that of stainless steel.

Good Biocompatibility: It has good compatibility with human tissues and will not cause human immune reactions or allergic reactions, so it is widely used in the medical field.
