This product is suitable for the manufacture of glass elevator, retaining ring, wiper, door lock and car ride special-shaped steel wire.

Cold drawing (rolling) :L annealing (+ light drawing) : T tempering: Zh
Straight edge flat wire: Zb arc edge flat wire: Hb arch flat wire: Gb Square steel wire: Fs (see the picture below)

Note: According to customer's request, can also be delivered according to other tensile strength

Quality of surface

The surface of the steel wire shall be smooth, and there shall be no cracks, rust, folding, stuttering and other defects that may have harmful effects on the use, but the annealed oxide film and no greater than the size tolerance are allowed

Half of the individual scratches and pits are present.

Status of delivery

The arc-edge flat steel wire for the window glass lifter is delivered in annealed or annealed state

The door slider, lock and retaining ring shall be delivered in cold drawing (rolling) state with steel wire

Wiper wiper with stainless steel flat wire to cold drawn state delivery, carbon steel flat wire to quenched state delivery
