SWOSC-B spring steel wire 1750-1850Mpa Packaging:

1. always use 3 wooden beams of 100 x 80 mm height at the bottom of the subfloor for induction heating to harden the spring steel wire before placing the first coil to the other coil.

2. we use 3 wooden beams of 80 x 80 mm or minimum 50 x 70 mm to hold the coils in place between each coil for the distance between each coil. For example, as shown in Fig. 2. Use some ropes to fix the coils to the container to prevent them from moving.

3. The height of the top coil induction heating quenched spring steel wire must be max. 160 cm for the top of the last coil. (See attached Fig. 2) All coils are packed in the same size, 1000kg/coil, inner diameter of coil: 1400mm, outer diameter of coil: 1760mm.

4. The coils of the induction heating quenched spring steel wire tower must be fixed in the container with some reinforcing strips to prevent movement.
