SUH600 is a martensitic heat-resistant steel in the Japanese JIS standard, specifically designed for high-temperature environments, and is particularly suitable for manufacturing structural components that withstand high stress and corrosion.

Product characteristics of SUH600 stainless steel bars:

High-temperature performance: In harsh high-temperature environments up to 600°C, SUH600 steel bars can continuously maintain high strength and good toughness. Its tensile strength is ≥ 979MPa, and the yield strength is ≥ 552MPa, effectively ensuring the stable and reliable operation of relevant equipment under high-temperature working conditions.

Corrosion resistance: Thanks to its unique internal alloy composition ratio, especially the synergistic effect of elements such as chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo), this steel bar exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to common weak corrosive media such as air, steam, and water, as well as strong chemically corrosive media such as various acids, alkalis, and salts, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.

Machinability: Under normal temperature conditions, SUH600 steel bars have good plasticity and can be easily subjected to various plastic processing operations such as forging, stamping, and cutting. Moreover, it has excellent weldability. Through appropriate welding processes and matching welding materials, high-quality welded joints can be achieved to meet diverse processing and manufacturing requirements.

Bar diameter: The common specifications range from φ8 to 1200mm, and special specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

Length dimension: The conventional length is 0.5 to 30m, and the specific length can be determined through negotiation.
