Quality of surface

The surface of the steel wire shall be smooth, and there shall be no cracks, rust, folding, stuttering and other defects that may have harmful effects on the use, but the annealed oxide film and no greater than the size tolerance are allowed

The depth of the single-side total decarbonization layer (ferrite + transition layer) is not greater than 1.0% of the nominal opposite edge distance of the hexagonal wire
