Purpose
This product is suitable for making flat steel wire for piston ring, clasp ring and combined oil ring of internal combustion engine.

Note: The arc radius R and corner radius r of the side of the steel wire are generally not the basis for acceptance. If there are special requirements for R, it should be indicated in the contract through negotiation

Mechanical property

Note: The steel wire is made of 65mn or 70 steel, and can be delivered according to other tensile strengths according to customer's requirements

Quality of surface

The surface of the steel wire should be smooth, without cracks, corrosion, folding, stuttering and other defects, but allowed to have tempering oxide film and depth not more than half of the thickness tolerance of the local stroke The presence of marks and pits.

Layer of decarbonization

The depth of the total decarbonized layer on a single side is not greater than 2%h
