65Mn HB /Z 136-2000 spring wire

65Mn spring steel wire has high strength and hardness, as well as good toughness and elasticity, while it also has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, can maintain stable performance in harsh environments.

Heat treatment regime 1

① After normalizing, low temperature annealing and high temperature tempering, it should be air cooled. After complete annealing and incomplete annealing, the furnace should be cooled to 650°C or below. Steels with tempering brittleness tendency (chromium steel, chromium nickel steel, chromium manganese silicon steel, chromium manganese silicon nickel steel, etc.) must be air-cooled when the furnace is cooled to 650°C.

② Temperature deviation ±10°C. In special cases, the heating temperature deviation of normalizing, complete (or isothermal) annealing, low temperature annealing (or high temperature tempering), and incomplete annealing is allowed to expand to ±20°C.

65Mn spring steel wire has the above excellent properties, so it is widely used in the manufacture of various springs, such as automotive suspension springs, industrial machinery support springs and shock absorbing springs. In addition, it can also be used to manufacture small section flat springs, circular springs, clockwork, as well as spring rings, shock absorbers and clutch springs.
