The following standard specification materials of 632 stainless steel are available:

Sheets and thin sheets of 632 (Refer to strips for the cut-to-length)
Supply condition: Hot-rolled sheets, cold-rolled sheets, solution-treated and pickled.

Circular plates or rings of 632
Supply condition: Hot-rolled or forged materials, solution-treated, pickled or machined.

Forgings of 632
In addition to circular plates, rings, round bars and rods, forgings in irregular shapes can also be provided as required.

Strips of 632
Supply condition: Cold-rolled and annealed, or solution-treated, pickled or bright-annealed.

Wires of 632
Supply condition of 632: Bright-drawn and bright-annealed
Specification: Diameter Φ0.01 - 12.7mm, supplied in coils, packed in drums, wound on spools or coiled.

Welding Filler Materials
Rod-shaped, wire-shaped and strip-shaped electrodes with good weldability as well as electrode core materials are available in all specifications.

Seamless and welded pipes of 632
There are in-stock seamless and welded pipes with outer diameters Φ10 - 520 and billets. Common specifications are in stock.

Bars available for 632
Supply condition: Forged, rolled and cold-drawn materials, solution-treated, pickled and machined.

Mechanical Properties:

Yield Strength: Aging at 565°C ≥ 1100, Aging at 510°C ≥ 1210

Tensile Strength: Solution treatment, hardness HB ≤ 269; Aging at 565°C ≥ 1210, hardness HB ≥ 375; Aging at 510°C ≥ 1320, hardness HB ≥ 388

Elongation: Solution treatment / Aging at 565°C ≥ 7, Aging at 510°C ≥ 6

1、Solution treatment, rapid cooling at 1000 - 1100°C；

2、Aging at 565°C. After solution treatment, keep at 760 ± 15°C for 90 minutes, cool to below 15°C within 1 hour, keep for 30 minutes, then heat to 565 ± 10°C and keep for 90 minutes, and cool in air；

3、Aging at 510°C. After solution treatment, keep at 955 ± 10°C for 10 minutes, cool in air to room temperature, cool to -73 ± 6°C within 24 hours, keep for 8 hours, then heat to 510 ± 10°C and keep for 60 minutes, and cool in air.
