It has good hardenability, high strength and elastic limit after hardening and tempering heat treatment, high yield ratio and anti-relaxation ability, and high tempering stability. However, this brand has a large decarbonization tendency, cold deformation and poor cutting performance. It is mainly used in the manufacture of various elastic rings, rings and springs that work below 250°C, are less than 10mm thick and less than 25mm in diameter. This grade is generally not used for the production of bolts, screws and nuts. |

① After normalizing, low temperature annealing and high temperature tempering, it should be air cooled. After complete annealing and incomplete annealing, the furnace should be cooled to 650°C or below. Steels with tempering brittleness tendency (chromium steel, chromium nickel steel, chromium manganese silicon steel, chromium manganese silicon nickel steel, etc.) must be air-cooled when the furnace is cooled to 650°C.
② Temperature deviation ±10°C. In special cases, the heating temperature deviation of normalizing, complete (or isothermal) annealing, low temperature annealing (or high temperature tempering), and incomplete annealing is allowed to expand to ±20°C.

① The deviation of quenching temperature and tempering temperature is ±10°C
② The relationship between the strength and hardness of the steel is consistent with HC0-94.
③ Tempering temperature can be appropriately revised according to specific conditions (size of parts, chemical composition of steel, heat treatment methods and equipment characteristics, etc.).
④ When tempering the alkali bath, cool it with hot water above 60°C.
