Supply condition: Hot - rolled plates, cold - rolled plates, solution - treated, and pickled.

Supply condition: Hot - rolled or forged materials, solution - treated, and pickled or machined.

316LVM forgings

Besides circular plates, rings, round bars, and rods, forgings of irregular shapes can also be provided upon request.

316LVM strips

Supply condition: Cold - rolled and annealed, or solution - treated, pickled, or bright - annealed.

316LVM wires

Supply condition: Bright - drawn, bright - annealed.

Specification: Diameter Φ0.01 - 12.7mm, supplied in coils, packaged in barrels, on reels, or in rolls.

This process results in more consistent chemical properties, extremely low void and contaminant content, making it more suitable for use as surgical implants. It features high strength, high fatigue strength, excellent micro - cleanliness, excellent structural homogeneity, and high surface finish.

Applications: Besides being used as surgical implants, 316LVM has gradually been used in recent years to make body - piercing ornaments such as lip studs, tongue studs, earrings, and navel studs.
